Thank you for visiting us! I like to get to know my clients on a personal level so here is a little bit about me. My name is Joel Gray and I live in Reston, Virginia with my beautiful wife, Alyssa. We both moved here from Manchester, England in 2015 and living here has been quite the adventure.

 

Throughout my childhood, I always loved taking photos, and it was not long before this enjoyable pastime grew into a passion. I have always been told that I have an eye for seeing things differently. After I graduated from university I bought my first camera to capture my upcoming travel plans. The more places I visited, the more interested I became in documenting them using a variety of photographic techniques. As my enthusiasm for photography grew, I soon realized that photographing other peoples’ special, once in a life time moments, was way more rewarding. I love working with people and I love having the opportunity to help create moments that will last a lifetime.

 

Every couple has their own unique love story to tell and it is my job to capture all of those emotions and feelings in a visual form. I tend to focus my attention on making the whole experience fun and exciting whilst capturing uniquely composed, creative pictures with the use of beautiful lighting.
